What is Webflow Logic?

Webflow Logic is Webflow's native workflow automation feature that lets you trigger actions based on events on your website — without code or third-party tools.

Logic uses a visual flow builder where you define a trigger (something that happens on the site), conditions (optional filters on when to act), and actions (what to do in response).

Common Use Cases

Common use cases for Webflow Logic include: sending an automatic confirmation email when someone submits a contact form, adding form submissions to a CMS Collection, triggering a Slack notification when a new lead comes in, sending data to an external tool via webhook when a user signs up, and filtering form logic based on what the user selected.

Webflow Logic reduces reliance on tools like Zapier for simple automations, keeping more of your site's logic inside one platform. For more complex workflows, it can also pass data to external tools via webhooks.
