As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead our sales efforts by driving strategy, managing client relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for international and domestic markets
- Identify and acquire new clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, and partnerships
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead proposal writing, client presentations, and contract negotiations
- Mentor and guide the BDE team to improve lead generation and conversions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor positioning
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of IT services including Webflow, web design, branding, and digital marketing
- Demonstrated success in international client acquisition and deal closing
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce, and experience managing sales pipelines
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage BDEs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

- Revenue growth and number of new clients acquired
- Conversion rates from proposals to closed deals
- Client retention and satisfaction levels
- Team performance and effectiveness of BDE mentorship
