As a Project Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and clear communication across all projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple client projects from start to completion
Communicate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and collect feedback
Work with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure tasks are delivered on time
Prepare and maintain project timelines, reports, and documentation
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure accurate handoffs between designers and developers for Webflow projects
Support the team in maintaining quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of IT services such as Webflow, web design, branding, and digital marketing
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience (training provided for freshers)
