As a Business Development Executive, you will be on the front line of our growth, building client relationships, generating leads, and driving international projects.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking
- Draft professional proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of IT services such as web development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using sales platforms such as LinkedIn and Upwork
- For experienced roles (1+ years): Proven IT sales experience with lead generation and deal closing skills
Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated and converted
