As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will lead end-to-end design projects, from brand identity and research to interactive web design. You will guide the design team, collaborate with developers, and ensure delivery of world-class digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects including research, ideation, wireframes, UI systems, and final delivery
- Design brand identities, style guides, and scalable design systems
- Create advanced prototypes and interactive flows in Figma
- Deliver pixel-perfect, Webflow-ready designs with responsive breakpoints
- Mentor junior designers, review their work, and uphold design quality standards
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development execution
- Explore and implement modern design trends such as motion graphics and 3D design
Requirements
- Expert-level skills in Figma with a strong portfolio of branding and web design
- Mastery of UI/UX principles including hierarchy, typography, color, grids, accessibility, and usability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD)
- Awareness of 3D design tools such as Blender, Spline, or similar to create modern experiences
- Strong knowledge of web design principles and frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS) for developer-friendly interfaces
- Understanding of responsive design, Webflow capabilities, and modern design frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
